It's god awful, the word doesn't even make sense, and it doesn't even apply to any FE character. And if it counts as a meme, I hate it when people refer to Marth as girly, like calling him Princess Martha. He doesn't even look like a girl. Even in Melee and Brawl, he is still notably masculine. In terms of my least favorite meme? I am not really sure if I am going to be honest, the only one I can really think of is the whole shut up Tobin thing that got popular in some parts of the fandom. Never really got any kick out of that one. Either that or Matthis being a bad unit. I mean I get he isn't a great unit but Roshea is a whole lot worse. I don't have a least favorite except for Gheb, Batta, etc. Those were all just dumb. 3-13 Archer, DA MARTY PARTY and DOGA CHOKING THIS POINT are top kek to me though.
