Knowingly exposing others to HIV will no longer be a felony in California

I disagree with California's law about knowingly exposing people to HIV/AIDS. If you affected a person with HIV/AIDS knowingly, you should be thrown into jail. HIV/AIDS isn't something to mess with also California doesn't know that it is deadly and don't know there isn't a cure or they are just plain stupid.
