For being the one half of John Doe (or Juan Pérez, if you will), it certianly has yet to appear. I think closest is Iuchar's Japanese name, Johan, being the German version of Juan, best I remember. And I think Yahn/Jahn is the Breton counterpart. But for me, it would only count if it's Juan itself.
