Prior to Fire Emblem Heroes, I always heard Narcian in my mind as sounding like an evil Shigure. With Tellius characters I think Tara plat would be good on Lethe, Julie An Tyler for Tormod and the Kid Icarus Chariot master for Tauroneo(who I think also does Mycen). But jc, Yuri Lowenthal came a long way from Code Name: STEAM, he sounded too weak to voice Marth tbh, but now with Warriors, I can't imagine anyone else. (But now I can't stop imagining characters like Shinra Kishitani and Sasuke Uchiha in capes and circlets) I can hear Todd Haberkorn as Xane like oh gosh. Also, I would love to see someone like Viggo Mortensen or Ralph Fiennes as Zephiel and Ian McKellen as Athos (Zuko and Gandalf team up against Nergal, and Ash Ketchum fights either Voldemort or Aragorn.
