It's Reinhardt. I know he's not a seasonal unit, I was just in the flow so I wrote him down anyways.

It's Dawn!Ike. A Dike is used as an obstructive structure, D!Ike can do that job. Hence the naming. I was actually thinking of that meaning for dike when it popped into my head.

The furthest stretch to be sure. I might use it again though, enough people have played SS that I can justify it.

So if he was a seasonal/brave unit he'd be Rainharder?

Oh, that's where you got the D from. Well, it still sounds a bit weird.

If I see people actually use it, I'll put it in. But since people started using the thread to throw any and all suggestions at the wall and see what sticks, I decided to use editorialize them.

New Year Camilla = swordmilla. At least I call her like this.

Makes sense!

New Year Corrin = Owl slave (Because I use him as a Support in my owl Team).

That's a bit too specific XD

I myself like Knollrika lot, it sound good and apt. Considering it's mainly used here on serene there wouldn't be much people who don't get reference. Even for those who didn't play SS.

It has my Vote.

I've heard Vector being thrown around- Valentine Hector.

Which makes him sound like a virus. I believe a vector is what you call a host for a virus who spreads it to victims, but cannot actually get sick with it. Like rats and fleas carrying bubonic plague or mosquitos malaria.

Vector makes me think of Vector graphics because of my design background. Still pretty catchy.

So would Eliwood be Veliwood? or Eliknight?

Lilina....Vilina? Roy as V-roy?

Lyn could be V!Lyn. or Va-Lyn-tine. or Knightlyn.

Eliwood's lance is called Casa Blanca. Lilywood?

That makes it sound like Lilina is Eliwood's daughter, and while a little gay wedding + mpreg doesn't hurt too much it's sort of awkward for the Lilina/Roy ship.

Since Eliwood will be a free TT unit, what about Freeliwood?

Also I've seen people call Hector, Hunktor

That sounds like it should lead into a Free Willy joke.

Hunktor, he is.

@mcsilas I quite like Valyntine for Lyn and was thinking of it myself. Though in my case I wasn't considering hyphens. I hate typing hyphens in. One day I will commit Hyphencide.

@Interdimensional Observer For Hector the best one I have heard is definitely Vector. Just sounds catching, if you get my drift.

@Stroud Cavalina is probably my favorite for her so far.

@Tenzen12 Lancewood is funny and I like it.

Roy is a tough one. Arroy? You know like arrow, but with Roy on the end? Except that spelling is just ugly and I don't think I would initially pronounce it like arrow if I saw it for the first time.

What about Roycher? At least it sounds okay when you say it.

Hector could also be Berserktor for his weapon. Or Wrecktor. Also because of the Wrath effect wrecking things

@mcsilas Roycher doesn't quite roll off the tongue as easily for me, but at least its pronunciation is clear from the spelling and does look as odd to me. And judging things by how well it rolls off my tongue is just a plain bad idea considering how long I spent in speech class when I was younger. Particularly since I think the ch sound was one of my trouble ones.

Err. I got off tangent. Yeah Roycher is definitely a better spelling of the same theme.
