When I try to increase the chapter count, click reload, and then click 'Write to ROM,' it says that the specific hex address is out of the ROM's range and cannot be written. I'll tell 7743 to add it in the future. in the mean-time, if you're hacking FE8, you can replace chapter 0x3B and 0x3C, as those are unused debug chapters.
