Stat Break Question

Now I have a copy of fire emblem conquest and I see people online with avatars who have broken 50 in every single stat. My avatar barely broke 44 with the use of skill statues, skill boon, and swordmaster class. Now the main three topics I was meaning to ask you guys are:

1. How do I make my stats go up to 50 or higher for my avatar; skill boon; magic bane

2. Which mother would make the ultimate skill speed and dodge midori

3. People have talked about a logbook glitch so this question branches out to

     a. Can I register my Ike amiibo unit to logbook

     b. How do I do the logbook glitch to raise his caps if a is possible

As for the stats going beyond 50, i have no idea

The best skill and speed mother for Midori is Azura. Gives her +4 Skill and +7 Speed. No other mother can match either of those numbers in Conquest except for Beruka's +5 Skill (but +2 Speed) or  a Deft or Quick boon / Fragile, Unlucky or Sickly bane Avatar Mother which can get her to +7 Skill +4 Speed (Deft) or +5 Skill +8 Speed (Quick)

Ok thanks, but do you know anything about the logbook exploit?
According to my friend I can take a blue shield unit and somehow exploit his stats to go to insane levels like 47 and stuff

Ok thanks, I gave Azura to midori. I married Midori to my Avatar *gives her skill and speed and strength boosts when paired* and when given a rally with my shigure rally bot her skill and speed go to 50.
