Jotari
Assuming all units started at level 1, who has the most ridiculous bases with their growths factored in? Like Wolf and Sedgar for example, assuming they started their career before being recruited as Level 1 Hunters, why are there bases so low when their growths are so high? Or, alternatively, what units can you think of that have way higher bases than they should given their growth rates.
Tables
Obvious answers: Black Knight (0% growths), Athos (0% growths), FE6!Karel (~200% growths in everything, so at level 1 Myrm he'd have had been super negative in every stat).

Karel's Skill growth is 140% and his skill is 28. Assuming promotion at level 10, that's almost possible. He'd have 27 levels of growth (levels 1-10 involve 9 level ups, levels 1-19 involve 18 level ups). So if he started with 0 skill and failed to proc the second one on each level up he'd end up at 27. The only think making it outright impossible is that he should get +2 skill from promotion bonuses meaning 29 would be the lowest possible. DarkDestr0yer61
What level are we assuming these prepromotes promoted at? Becuase their bases will vary heavily if they promoted at level 10 or if it was level 20.... Personally, I think we should assume level 15 because it's in the middle

Sephiran as well, since he has 0% growths.
BrightBow
I'd say Shanam. He is a level 1 Swordmaster, yet his stats are identical to the bases of the Swordmaster class. Which means he somehow never gained any stats ever. And while his growths are terrible, it's because they are lopsided. Everything is either 5% or 50%. So he does have high growths in speed, strength and luck. Which means his lv1 bases for these stats should be deep in the negatives.
