Ah yeah, true, I forgot that those games still had the limit of 5 Supports (only one rank A) per game. But since we're talking "what ifs", she could simply have bonuses with people from Daein's army and then also have supports with the Greil Mercenaries. On part 4 everyone would be together. Then you can have cases like ElinciaxGeoffrey. In PoR, a single chapter together unlocks both C and B. Or was it B and A? The point is they only need two chapters to unlock the A support. So even Nasir and Gareth can have supports, even if they would be front-loaded since they'd only have 4-E-4 to unlock all three levels.
