Julius' BST is the second highest for a red mage, tied with Bridal Tharja and one behind Lyon. Julius was a mixed tank but "beatable" with Celice+Dancer Also tied with Ishtar. Anyways, I guess Loptyr (Full Transformation) could also just come later as a different unit, if we wanted to respect him being the final boss of FE 4.
