Are 728px wide ad banners supposed to be fine for mobile?

…Because they aren’t.

They are twice as wide as the layout of the forum and break the page considerably. These should be reined in somehow.

Also, I for some reason lack the “Create New Topic” button in the Member Feedback subforum. Hopefully it’s not intended.
