PickleKnight97 Posted November 16, 2018 Share Posted November 16, 2018 Well hello everyone. Suppose I should go about introducing myself in some awkward and self-depreciating manner. I jumped on the Fire Emblem bandwagon with Awakening (though I believe it was around the time Fates was coming out in Japan, maybe a bit before). Found myself quite engrossed in the game, resonating with my love of video games, my blossoming appreciation for anime, and my hobby as a fanfic writer with all the potential relationships (and kiddos). I lurked about here when I'd finished and was waiting for Fates, practically looking every where every day for info. I had an amazing time playing Fates with a close friend of mine. We'd often spend most of our time together looking at Fire Emblem fan art, discussing ships, and writing fanfics for various pairings we enjoyed (we did a one-month challenge where we tried to spend the entire month of September writing Hisame/Ophelia oneshots). I think Awakening is technically my favorite game, but I have a huge soft spot for Fates, and am still trying to get back into writing a few stories for it lol. Other hobbies I have (aside from gaming and writing) are anime (though somewhat casually) and a bit of figure collecting.
