SAIKLEX
Hi all! Is there interest in a meetup event in London? For beginner players and veterans alike! I'm chalking up an introductory event, with tutorials, starter decks available to borrow for matches, maybe a tournament, free cards, boosters available etc. As this is a Cipher group, I understand most of you are more likely to be veterans but I want this to be for everyone, to get into it or to meet other players/fans! (As for how we can play a Japanese card game, there are proxy slip-ins, some of which I've made, which don't obstruct the beautiful art and make the game entirely playable. I've posted about it before on the forums and we're making slow but steady progress. Pics below and here's a link to more info and downloads: https://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?/topic/85052-new-half-card-proxies-set-10-complete/ ) I really want to both put feelers out for my fellow Cipher players to play against and to help its overseas community grow. I've messaged a board and card game store in the heart of Central London who have already said they can host such an event (numbers pending) so this isn't just a pipe-dream. Please comment and share this with anyone who might be interested! I want to provide the perfect opportunity to start getting into the game for people who haven't taken the first step. coldhand25
Ah man, now I really wish I would be living closer to London... I mean, real close, and not like, say, 1800 km away... Anyways, I wish you all good luck with the meetup!

For anyone interested, I've made a Facebook group in an attempt to start actually organising meetups in the UK (potentially not just London! Although I wouldn't be able to do them regularly). If you are interested but Facebook is a problem, PM me and we can try and sort something out :)https://www.facebook.com/groups/604076073349398/
