They command an army of giant Salamanders, which are actually just a transformed form of their fingers.  They're mad about the habitat loss salamanders have experienced and want to give earth to the salamanders.

Salamandra is a half-demon who, despite his fire-breathing dad, ended up with abilities around manipulating water, water breathing and increased speed in water. He decided to side with the nearby superhero association after watching several villains cause issues in the waters near where he lives, hence why he stays near his familiar hut in the bay.

Jinahin can walk through metal and has telekenisis with metal objects. She chose to use those powers to improve the lives of the locals around her, but after being cast out she decided that there was no point in working with them and thus took to building up a new home for herself and other self-centred fighters.

The Die Caster.

When they wake up in the morning, they roll a simple 6 sided die one time, which determines which power they can access, as follows:

1. The ability to read minds

2. The ability to see through walls

3. The ability to put anyone who hears their voice to sleep.

4. The ability to kill with a touch.

5. The ability to blend into any background

6. The ability to transform their body

Failing to do so before 9:00 am will kill them.  Unfortunately, they can't control any of these abilities, so they tend to lock themselves in their room and be a NEET instead of using them for anything...

Snorran is the Sandman gone rogue. He has powers of hypnosis and dabbles in time manipulation here and there. He can cause hallucinations and dreams at will and his objective is to bring about world peace by putting the entire world to sleep.

He has level 100 Speech, Illusion, and Pickpocket. He is the best magician the world has ever seen.

Fat Man and Little Boy

Fat Man is a large brutish man who has superhuman strength and durability while Little Boy sits on Fat Man's shoulder and tells him what to do because he's not very smart. Little Boy is super lazy and has Fat Man do everything for him in exchange for lots of food. They're only out for themselves and they wont hesitate to screw over another person if it makes their lives easier.

A tag team of Fat Man (who can increase his own weight to make him harder to move or hit harder) and Little Boy (who can shrink to dodge attacks or enter tiny places), who fight crime! Little Boy is Fat Man's nephew, in their normal identities of Jonathan Monroe, photographer, and Jason O'Conner, high school boy.

Rogue Paragon is a half-angel who fights vigilante crime on the streets and protects the innocent!

Rogue Paragon and Exile are outcast vigilantes who hunt villains on the streets and in positions of power and give those scumbags a taste of their own medicine. Despite the good work they do, society does not recognize them as heroes since corruption is rampant the local media.

Mad Salt

Mad Salt is a hero who often fights solo due to her dangerous power. When she consumes a large quantity of NaCl, she grows considerably in size and strength, gaining superhuman physical capabilities. However, this comes at the price of lunacy; Mad Salt can't be reasoned with and often fails to differentiate between friend and foe. As such, she is often sent to places where she can both work solo and not worry about a little rampant destruction. Her enhanced form can be reverted once her body has used up enough energy (proportional to the amount of salt consumed) or if the salt is otherwise removed from her body.

Her frequent solo missions and the natural distance between her and the other heroes often make Mad Salt feel lonely, though she has a few friends who don't mind. Her deepest wish is to find a way to intentionally restrain her power, then go out with those friends for some ramen.

A young woman with a magic gem that greatly enhances her luck! She uses it to fight crime, making enemies slip on bananas and get hindered by haphazardly placed objects.

Chimera.

A “Hero" who believes himself to be an evil organisation called Chimera, while he attempts to do bad deeds his power of internally inverted karma causes all his ill intentions actually help the people he is trying to destroy. He has tried to deliberately have good intentions but his power recognised them for truly evil intentions and resulted only in more good. He wishes he could have good intentions, but this too is affected by his powers and he is trapped in a constant cycle of benefitting the world. Speaks and thinks in the third person.

Her ability to sing is so top notch, that it creates a calming effect on all who hear it.  Unfortunately, she's also completely psycho, using her ability to her advantage to kidnap a person she became fixated on, and keeping that person from escaping by continually calming them down.

Hreeta

A woman with super strength and a powerful spear that she uses to defend the city from disgusting men who treat women like animals!

Orcus

Orcus is the very gloaty evil overlord type.  He's got some nifty Lightning powers, sure, but he prefers to just sit around and let his minions do everything they can to ensure his favorite TV show never gets cancelled.  The minions tend to get this task done by taking hostages.

A dumb hero with no powers who charges into situations recklessly.

Angel Halo

Angel Halo is a person who causes miracles to happen around them (they intentionally hide their identity to the point of being ambiguously gendered.). They are a villain to the local hero organisation as they act in a self-centred manner and is considered a possible threat to be brought in and wants nothing to do with the grandstanding among either side.

The Wondrous Wilhelmina.

A superheroine with a fairly basic powerset (flight, super strength, and energy blasts from her palms), she finds herself a strong lynchpin of the local superhero team, an adaptable well-rounder who can assist more specialized members by covering their weaknesses. She's a kind and headstrong girl who wants to protect those around her.

Mr Resistor is one of those lightning supers, but unlike most he only takes it into himself, with it dissipating through him with no harm, though if he's on something that can still carry a current it can affect others. Once a goodie two shoes, he became an anti-villain due to the disrespect he got from just about everyone. While he acts for himself, he's often stopped the schemes of a bigger threat (usually with the excuse of "I'd be left with nothing if they won". Sure.).

The Emerald Eye.

A villainess who's deep green eyes can implant suggestions and hypnotize other people. She uses it to literally walk into museums and head off with art-often with the guards and other people helping her.

Morpheus

Like the name suggest, he got a Magic Brown Bag with the power to change its size at any moment and at any size he can imagine. He uses this Bag to ''Capture'' people, things and even Planets. While he was a good guy at the beginning, the power of the Bag and the fact that he doesn't have any idea of where the things he ''Capture'' go (probably killing people) made loads and loads of people to look him as a bad guy or someone with a great risk for the Planet. This made him change his mind and now he's the most wanted man of the world. (Which is kinda of funny cause he isn't fast or imortal, so..yeah, you can just kill him before he kills you.) However, he doesn't treat Earth or his residents, and only killed people by accident or even to save his own planet.
