If a faction(and a faction you undoubtedly are) smells like a bunch of liars you kill one to find out what they are lying about. That's good mafia conduct and in this case serves my long term goals of winning this game. Also why so many problems with lynching one of you to clear the rest of you? is it because you are most definitely hiding something? Don't give me that bullshit. We know each other's alignments. They are not Masons, as shown by the fact that Joshaymin publicly called out to them to contact him. For all we know, the people who contacted him may have been people that are trying to eliminate the Trolls, in the hope that Joshaymin will eventually lead them to the other Trolls. Killing a Troll is a bad idea, because their win condition of requiring at least one Troll alive is not a problem, except for those that need to have them killed. Trolls have abilities and votes, that we can utilize for our own benefit. As for Trolls all being liars, first of all, it's extremely unlikely for Joshaymin to be lying, because he exposed himself to everyone. If Troll was a real alignment that Joshaymin wasn't part of, he must have still known a whole lot about it, like their win condition and the fact that they're not Masons. The only possibility I can think of is that Joshaymin is a Troll-Killer that needs them dead, in which case, I don't understand why you want him dead. Neither Trolls nor Troll-killers seem to be of any threat to the non-Trolls. I'm not saying we should automatically take everything Joshaymin claims as the absolute truth, and that we should treat him as cleared. But I really don't see any benefit in lynching him, just for a really unlikely possibility of him being Mafia. I'd say that a normal player that did nothing conspicuous is more likely to be Mafia than a guy who openly announces that he's a Troll on Day 1 and wants all Trolls to contact him. I just don't see why else he would claim on day 1, etc. *shrug* I was just saying that if we aren't even sure there's a group trying to kill the trolls (my current guess is the trolls are the "townspeople" and that the people that aren't trolls for sure are the "mafia" though they may have troll names since there are twelve of us) there doesn't seem to be much point in killing someone right off the bat. Of course, we do have a chance of killing someone who's "evil" now so I suppose that's a reason. But it's completely random. Though, so is all of this game, so... :P Oh, I disagree entirely - did you forget about the Kids? I forget who (I think it was Nags) --- but I believe there isn't a clear-defined town. Or probably, no town at all, because looking at my win-con and if jaybee's telling the truth, then yeah. Since the trolls win condition - as jaybee said, is when "at least one Troll survives to the end" - they're not really town, but rather more masons/survivors. I disagree firmly with whatever Excellen is trying to do - er, lynch Jaybee to check the Trolls wincon, etc. However, I'd rather not lynch him, probably because of this: Also while I'm at the dubbing and tripping thing; looking for people who kiss other people. I expect this guys, and I should not be missing over a quarter of actions at this point. You have a one time, never to be repeated extension of 12 hours to either use it or lose it. Seriously, that kill-the-trolls attitude really seemed suspicious... Along with my RP buddy scorri, I will also be gone for a large amount of tomorrow (trip with friends to places, shenanigans.) So what it came down to on Excellen was that as a troll, I was pretty unnerved by his insistence to kill trolls. It seems there has to be a third party outside the kids and trolls, since both kids and trolls are just out to survive. Admittedly exiles were a stretch, even if some of the exiles did wind up turning murderous to some degree or another in one of the sessions in the comic, but exile was really a blind guess. A lot of what I've been doing so far has been blind, really. I can't clearly see what's going on given my mafia inexperience, but I've got to try and sniff things out somehow. He was trying to kill someone who had claimed to be a peaceful role that was just out to survive. And since I'm aligned with that purrson, as Kiryn also claims to be, it would make sense for us to vote fur the purrson that was out to get them. Two towns vs one mafia really doesn't sound that crazy when I think about it, although I haven't seen anything quite like it before. ##Vote: Naglfar I want to hear what you have to say besides pointing fingers.
