So all of Selena's parent-child supports with someone other than Tiamo will be the same, except for one or two lines difference here and there. As you say, it never comes up in their conversations. And even if he found out, what's he going to say to Krom? 'Hey, y'know that other Pegasus Knight? Now that I've made any talk you have with her utterly awkward, I'm going to go and S rank my support with Sariya/Nono/Your daughter(s). Bow-chicka-wowow!' Onestep Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 I was re-reading a few supports today when I noticed something odd. In the Female Mark and Jerome support, Jerome states that compared to before, Mark is more cheerful now that she has amnesia. This seems to heavily suggest that the children characters all knew Mark before coming to the past and I'm pretty sure that I've seen similiar statements in a few supports for Mark of both genders. Now that's perfectly fine if MU married a first-gen character and we presume that the children characters grew up together. But what if MU married a second-gen character? How would any of the children of the Bad Future timeline know of the existence of a Mark that can only exist due to the second-gen characters coming back in the first place? Here's the original text: 記憶がない割には、お前は妙に明るいと思っていただけだ。 From what I can tell (and I'd imagine my Japanese is even worse than yours), you're right. It would certainly make more sense for it to be a case of iffy translation, as most of the Mark supports on second glance actually tend to go out of their way to avoid mentioning any relationship Mark might have had with the children characters. That non-literal translation is sort of an odd thing to say, as it implies that Jerome knew Mark before she lost her memories. Which would be impossible if MU married a second-gen. I'm not sure how accurate it would be to the original but something along the lines of: 'Despite losing your memories, you're strangely bright/cheerful.' Would seem to fit better.
