Awakening and Three Houses Drama CDs Releasing 18th March!

Here’s something a bit out of the blue. Today, Intelligent Systems revealed a pair of new drama CDs–one for Awakening and one for Three Houses. Both will be released in Japan on 18th March 2020.

These drama CDs are actually the 3rd and 4th in the “Fire Emblem Extra Drama CD” series. Last year, they released similar drama CDs for Blazing Blade and Radiant Dawn.

For those unsure what drama CDs are, they’re akin to short radio dramas, where you listen to a story being acted out. In this case, they’re side-stories featuring a tight cast of characters.

Of note, the Gatekeeper appears in the Three Houses drama CD!

Cipher S18 Weekly Recap: Claude SR, Frelian Siblings Paired Cards and More!

Today I’ll be filling in for Kirie, as we cover the third weekly recap for Series 18 of the Fire Emblem Cipher card game. For those unaware, this series features cards from the recent Three Houses, alongside old favourites from The Sacred Stones and Awakening.

The first card of this week belongs to Hubert, the tactician of the Black Eagles. He is currently a Monk, his most fitting Beginner class. No other cards of his were shown off, unlike the other Three Houses characters later on in the week.

Next in the spotlight is one Felix Hugo Fraldarius, representing the Blue Lions. His first card depicts him as a Noble, while his second card is him as a Swordmaster.

For day 3, we have two cards of Libra from Awakening. The first card shows Libra as a Priest, presumably before the events of the game. Glancing at this card, I’m not surprised he was mistaken for a Cleric… Meanwhile the second card is War Monk Libra as we know him.

SuperGroupies, a posh fashion brand in Japan, has announced a limited-time collaboration with the Fire Emblem series. The line up includes watches, bags and scarfs inspired by Path of Radiance, Awakening and the recently released Three Houses.

Besides Fire Emblem, SuperGroupies has also collaborated with many other franchises, usually related to gaming, anime and the like, such as Persona and NieR:Automata.

Global shipping is available–and there’s even an English version of the website, although it’s run through a machine translator. So if you are interested, you’re in luck! Just be wary that the shipping (and fees) might be costly especially with how expensive the items themselves are.

Pre-orders will be open throughout 27th August 2019 to 17th September 2019, at 12:00 (local time). The bags and scarves will be shipped out from the 2nd half of December 2019, while the watches will be leaving slightly later, from the 2nd half of February 2020.

Fire Emblem World: Daily Characters & Weekly Songs Round 7

Welcome to another relaxing Sunday article, where we’ll cover the upcoming schedule for the rotating characters and songs on the Japanese Fire Emblem World website. Last month, we listed the schedule from 27th May to 30th June.

This time, we have 7 week’s worth of data. The selection of games is pretty solid as well, with reps from Archanea, Jugdral, Elibe, Magvel, Ylisse and wherever the heck Fates takes place. Three Houses will be released during this time period, but it’s unlikely the game will be featured until August, at the earliest.

1st – 7th July: The Sacred Stones

Featured song: Follow Me!

Leading July is L’Arachel and her two cronies. After that, we have the Christmas Cavaliers, then the Caer Pelyn duo.
