Fire Emblem Expo II Teased & Edelgard Figma Update

In addition to today’s update for Three Houses, Nintendo and Intelligent Systems shared some general Fire Emblem news.

Firstly, at some point during 2020, Intelligent Systems will be holding the “Fire Emblem Expo II” event in Japan.

Similar to the first event, it will be a fun event for fans, featuring special stage events and live music related to the entire series. Don’t expect any major game announcements (like the rumoured next remake) to happen there.

If you’re curious, you can check out the event’s website over here. Right now, it’s just a teaser, with proper details to be added around 22nd November 2019. For now, please watch this space!

Next, the Edelgard figma that was announced earlier this year has received a fresh coat of paint–and with it, new details. The figma measures approx. 145 mm and includes the Killer Axe from her official artwork and her relic weapon Aymr.

It is expected to release in Japan during July 2020 and will retail for 8,000 Yen (not including tax). For those interested in adding the future Adrestian emperor to their collection, you can place a pre-order and/or check out additional images via the product page at Good Smile Company.

News about Fire Emblem Three Houses isn’t stopping, and now, it’s Fire Emblem Heroes’ turn to join in the fun. Today, the trailer for the upcoming New Heroes was dropped, featuring the “Big Three” and Female Byleth as the summonable four-some.

For those wondering where Male Byleth is, recall that his announcement earlier in the month was already posted, and featured him as a preorder bonus with FE Three Houses.

They come with the new story chapter series, Cohort of the Dead, continuing the Hel-lish adventures by Alfonse and co. The banner and chapters drop on July 22. Additionally, the next Grand Hero Battle will kick off on August 3, and feature Kronya: Gleaming Blade. If you’re unsure of who she is, click here for the wiki entry.

Lastly, the next series of FE Heroes Mini Acrylics have been announced, with a distribution date in September of this year. The batch this time includes Yune, Lugh, Idunn, Sumia, Ranulf, Tibarn, Lethe, Velouria, Selkie and a mysterious bunny-ear’d cavalry unit. I wonder who it could be…

In this article, we’ve collected all the videos and profiles released so far–for the 5 characters introduced in Famitsu. The videos are from the Japanese Fire Emblem Twitter account, while the profiles are from the Fire Emblem UK Facebook page.

Currently, it’s not known if they’ll continue posting more characters. Hopefully they do, because there are a fair amount of characters (at least 7 for each house) that they need to get through, ideally before 26th July.

Note: Any additional character posts made before the end of this week will be added here. Update: Jeralt and Rhea have been added.
