Fire Emblem Premium Arrange Album Announced

Last month, we learned that there will be a live concert during the Fire Emblem Expo event on May 2019. For those who can’t make it–or wish to preserve the music–Intelligent Systems will be releasing a CD featuring all the songs.

Today, they officially announced the details of said CD, which is titled “Fire Emblem Premium Arrange”. It will come out on 20th March, long before the expo starts, and retails for 3,200 Yen (including tax). Those in Japan can pre-order it directly from Intelligent Systems.

The CD itself includes 15 songs, of which 14 will be played at the concert, plus a bonus song exclusive to the CD: a rendition of Conquest (Ablaze), sung by Lucina’s voice actress, Yū Kobayashi. It will also have a full colour, 8-page booklet.

To ease the wait, the official expo site includes samples of all the included songs, on this page (just click the red “play” buttons). Below, you can find the track list, as well as a re-hosted playlist with all the sample tracks.

“Fire Emblem Expo” Details from Cipher Livestream

As promised, during today’s Cipher pre-release livestream, the Fire Emblem team shared concrete details about the recently announced “Fire Emblem Expo” event.

Information was relayed via Tsutomu Kitanishi, who arrived dressed in bright red. To recap, “Fire Emblem Expo” will be held at Zepp Tokyo in Japan, during 4th May 2019. It’s described as a “special one-night only Fire Emblem event” and is being run by Intelligent Systems.

Before anyone gets too excited, it looks to be a fun Fire Emblem event for fans, so there probably won’t be any ground-breaking announcements or anything important that’s related to Three Houses. More details about the event will be revealed later on, but we’d keep your expectations low for now.

The first main attraction is a live concert where numerous Fire Emblem songs will be performed. A list of songs can be found at the bottom of this page.

Providing the vocals will be Kawamura Yumi, a popular game music singer. Yū Kobayashi, the Japanese voice actress for Lucina, will also be there.

Update: There will be a CD featuring the songs performed at the concert, which is planned for a Spring 2019 release.

“Fire Emblem Expo” Coming to Japan on 4th May 2019

Grab your diaries! Intelligent Systems has announced Fire Emblem Expo, an event to be held at Zepp Tokyo in Japan on 4th May 2019.

Curiously, no details have been provided–instead, information about the event will be relayed via the upcoming Cipher Livestream on 8th December 2018. Additionally, tickets will go on sale from 18:00 (Japan time), 28th December 2018.

Although Intelligent Systems have organised Fire Emblem events in the past, they have mostly been concerts or focused on Cipher. Judging from the banner that features silhouettes of various heroes, this appears to be the first general Fire Emblem event, so who knows what they’ll show off.

Since the first details about the event will be provided via Cipher, there’s a decent chance that Cipher will be well represented during the event. Perhaps they’ll showcase some of the new merchandise–both announced and unannounced–and maybe even Three Houses? But that’s just a complete guess!
