Heroes: New Fire Emblem Warriors Special Maps!

In celebration of the release of the latest DLC for Warriors, Fire Emblem Heroes is releasing some new Fire Emblem Warriors Special Maps! Check them out in the Special Maps screen.

There will be three different sets of maps in total. Each one features one of the new DLC characters: Navarre, Linde, or Minerva. Like the earlier Warriors maps, they’re available on three difficulties and reward an Orb on first completion. Make sure you come prepared, as each map has waves of enemy reinforcements! The boss also spawns multiple times.

First up is Navarre’s map, which is already available. Linde’s and Minerva’s maps will be along in the coming days. All maps will be available until 8 March.

Based on these maps, we can also assume that we’ll get additional maps for the Awakening DLC when it comes out later next month. Have fun beating the maps and training your heroes!

Heroes: Bound Hero Battle: Amelia & Tana + Warriors Maps Are Back!

The final listed event from the most recent Fire Emblem Heroes calendar has finally arrived! You can now challenge Bound Hero Battle: Amelia & Tana in the Special Maps menu. A special banner released alongside the BHB contains 5★ versions of both Amelia and Tana, and as well as Eirika. Now’s the time to pull for these The Sacred Stones girls!

Like other BHBs, you can challenge Amelia and Tana in up to three difficulties to earn up to nine Orbs! All of your heroes must survive the map in order to succeed. Bound Hero Battle: Amelia & Tana and its associated banner will be available until 23 December at 6:59am UTC.

Additionally, to celebrate the upcoming release of the Fire Emblem Warriors DLC, the Warriors special maps have also returned to Heroes! Check out our original article for some more information on the maps. They’re a great place to earn up SP for your heroes! These maps will be available for one month, ending on 14 December.

After this, we don’t have any concrete knowledge of what’s next for Fire Emblem Heroes. Likely we’ll have a banner with some new heroes released on the 18th to replace the Children of Fate summoning focus, so hopefully we’ll get a trailer for that soon. In the meantime, Dev maps and Warriors maps should hopefully keep players entertained for a while. Train up your heroes and prepare for whatever is coming next!

Warriors: Additional Fates DLC Details from Famitsu

Following from yesterday’s Famitsu preview, we have a few more details about the Fire Emblem Fates DLC pack for Fire Emblem Warriors that releases on 21st December 2017.

(A big thanks to Nintendo Everything for the pictures)

Firstly, Azura’s mysterious songstress costume is unlocked when you get her. In addition to wielding lances, she can use Sing to restore the Warrior and Awakening gauge of allies. The other four costumes are unlocked by playing the new history maps.

Speaking of, the three history maps are loosely based off the Hoshidan capital, the Ice Village and Izumo. One of the new rewards is the “Bond Talisman”, which can be equipped in place of a healing item and increases the rate of gaining support points.

In terms of the new characters, Oboro has the Counter skill, which opens up a stun gauge when guarding an enemy attack. Meanwhile Niles has the Lethality skill, which increases the power of critical hits proportional to the user’s Luck.
