If you missed the earlier profiles, please check here.
If the pattern continues, we should get a trailer for the next batch of characters (Golden Deer?) tomorrow.
Note: Like before, the class profiles appear to describe each character’s personal skill when it says “[character] also”, or along those lines.
VA: Juri Nagatsuma A commoner born in the imperial capital, Enbarr. Songstress from the Mittelfrank opera company; she idolises Manuela, her senior. Friendly to all and actively dates to secure her future, but avoids certain nobles due to experiences during her songstress days.
One of Dorothea’s preferred classes. Mages are characterised by their magic-based elemental attacks. Dorothea can also create musical orbs around her. By attacking these musical orbs, you can cause explosions of various elements!
Edelgard begins the trailer blitzing several enemy soldiers with fiery attacks that scorch the ground. This looks to be her Musou (read Super) attack. It finishes with a wild-looking flame tornado.
Hubert shows off some more of his dark magic, which causes dark arrows to rain down in a straight line. The second part is a demonstration of Hubert’s personal skill: his spells have a chance of piercing foes with spikes. Afterwards, Hubert can detonate the spikes at will.
Next is Dorothea who is presumably using the Mage class, with several differences from Annette.
A running theory currently is that characters’ preferred classes allow for unique attacks in that class for that character. We’ve seen that characters have skills that include all kind of effects (eg. Ashe can generate a wind field that traps enemies in the air, Hilda can charge up attacks while drawing in foes). So there’s likely quite a bit mages can do even with similar base kits.
Her big attack seems to include using music and meteors in a devastating combo. You can also see Thoron included in her showcase.
Fire Emblem collectors, we hope your piggy banks are still in one piece… For the 4th year in a row (and slightly earlier than usual), Super Groupies is teaming up with Three Houses to produce more high-end fashion gear.
This time, they’re releasing themed collaboration bags inspired by various characters during the War Phase (5 years later). The character line up is as follows: Linhardt, Bernadetta, Felix, Sylvain, Lysithea, Hilda and Yuri.
Pre-orders are open until 16th May 2022; orders will be shipped around mid-September 2022.
Immediately catching the eye is the unique quilted design on the flap. The wide bag strap and tassel charm are inspired by Linhardt’s clothing. The striking contrast of black and green brings Linhardt’s outfit to mind. The roomy main compartment comfortably fits 500mL bottles and long wallets. Original lining design: motifs include the initials of his name, a book and fishing pole to reflect his love of reading and fishing, his lost item of a feather pillow, and some of his favorite tasty baked treats. Avoid fussiness and optimize organization with the additional open pocket and zippered pocket inside. The zipper pull on the internal pocket comes with a charm featuring the Crest of Cethleann.
