Heroes: Return of Michalis’s Grand Hero Battle

Starting from today and until 28th June 2016 when a “new day” begins, Fire Emblem Heroes players can re-challenge Michalis: Ambitious King in a Grand Hero Battle.

As usual with repeats, there are some additional quests to make it worthwhile for those who’ve already completed one or both maps. Completion of all quests will net you 3 Orbs and a 3★ Michalis.

Heroes: Upcoming Maintenance & Michalis Flies Again

To prepare for version 1.5.0 of Fire Emblem Heroes, the game will go offline between 26th June 2016 at 11 pm and 27th June 2016 at 1 am (UTC; times are approximate). No details about the contents of this update or its release date have been provided.

Additionally, while it was known to data-miners, the official Japanese Twitter has revealed that the Michalis Grand Hero Battle will be returning tomorrow. Presumably like other repeats, there will be related quests to earn more copies of Michalis.

Heroes: Michalis Great Hero Battle is Back!

The next Great Hero Battle has arrived! All Fire Emblem Heroes players can now battle to earn a 3★ or 4★ version of Michalis: Ambitious King. Like Ursula, players will have to complete a difficult Lunatic Difficulty map for the 4★ version.

Earlier this week, the Michalis battle was available for a short period of time as part of a special event. This time around, it will stay open until March 28th, the standard amount of time for a Great Hero Battle. Players who already completed either map during the event will not be able to get Michalis from those same maps again.

Additionally, a new Summoning Focus is now available, with units specifically chosen to aid in the battle against Michalis. Using the new Focus, players can hope to roll 5★ versions of Eliwood, Gordin, Severa, or Minerva. This new focus will also expire on March 28th.

Heroes: New Rewards for the Early Michalis Event!

The early bird Michalis Grand Hero Battle in Fire Emblem Heroes was a grand success! Despite only being natively advertised in Japanese versions of the game, there was a very large turnout. 54,666 people completed either version of the map, and 13,415 even cleared Lunatic mode!

Since we managed to smash all goal milestones, we have also earned full rewards. As such, players can look forward to receiving 10 Orbs, 10 Stamina Potions and 5,000 Hero Feathers sometime in the next few days.

If you missed the event, Michalis will be back this Friday at the usual time. If you need some help, feel free to visit our Heroes forum to discuss strategy. The accompanying Focus Banner that leaked last week will also arrive then if you could use an extra boost for your team. Good luck to all players!
