Four new Spring Heroes will be hopping their way into a special seasonal banner in just a couple days! Check out the Regal Rabbits Preview Trailer for your first look at spring versions of Palla, Marisa, Bruno, and Veronica.
These bunny alts are bringing some fun and interesting things to Heroes. Finally, we get Bruno’s debut as a playable character! This version of Veronica also seems to be more similar to her NPC version than Brave Veronica is. Palla and Marisa round out the banner as some interesting and unexpected alt choices.
Furthermore, we’ll also be getting a special Spring version of Loki as a Tempest Trials reward! You can see an image of her chibi sprite in the trailer as a wyvern-mounted colourless archer.
The Regal Rabbits banner, along with its associated paralogue, will start this Tuesday, 19 March. Afterward, the next Tempest Trials, where you’ll be able to recruit Spring Loki, starts on Saturday, 23 March. We should get more details on the TT when its log-in bonus starts on Thursday.
In the meantime, click on the “Read More” button below for a full text breakdown of all the new weapons and skills these spring heroes are bringing.
Beast Heroes from Tellius are finally joining Fire Emblem Heroes! Check out the Rulers of the Laguz Trailer below for our first look at Tibarn, Leanne, Reyson, and Nailah.
These new heroes are all Laguz from Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn. They also comprise a new ally type in Heroes with the “Beast” weapon type. Each comes with a new weapon and at least one other new skill. Read more down below for a text breakdown of their skills and abilities.
Our first new story chapter for Book III, “Countdown” will introduce these four new heroes to the Heroes world. They will also play a starring role in the upcoming Forging Bonds: Hearts as One.
This edition of Forging Bonds will also include some changes to the rewards structure. First Summon Tickets and Heroic Grails have both been added to the Friendship rewards tiers. Otherwise, we’ll still get our daily Orbs and earn new accessories, though we’ll need to wait for the event to start for full reward details.
Furthermore, one more new ally, Naesala, will also be available in a new Grand Hero Battle shortly after. Presumably, additional Beast-type allies will also be released throughout the year, perhaps from other games as well.
The Rulers of the Laguz banner and Forging Bonds event both start this Friday, 11 January. Naesala’s GHB will start the following day, 12 January.
Lastly, Light Blessing Quests also began yesterday! These quests require you to perform certain actions with heroes that have had a Light Blessing bestowed on them. You’ll have until 22 January to complete them. Check out full details on the Quests & Missions page in game.
The Banner and Forging Bonds this Friday are also the final events listed in our current Event Calendar. We also have another version update scheduled for early this month as well. Hopefully we’ll be getting our update and a new calendar soon! Read more
More Christmas Armors are coming to ring in the holidays in Fire Emblem Heroes! Check out the Preview Trailer for Gifts of Winter, the latest Special Heroes banner, below.
Three new heroes are joining us this banner: Christmas versions of Fae, Ephraim, and Eirika. As expected, all three of them are armoured units, including Eirika as our first armoured Staff wielder. Each of them also comes with a new weapon and another new skill. Scroll on down below for a text breakdown.
These three new heroes will be featured in a new Paralogue story as well, also titled “Gifts of Winter“. Furthermore, they’ll also appear in the upcoming Tempest Trials+: Life Is But Fleeting!
Eirika, Ephraim, and Fae will be bonus allies for the event, along with last year’s Christmas heroes: Chrom, M!Robin, Lissa, and Tharja. The final bonus ally is a new Christmas Cecilia, who will be the bonus unit for this TT.
You’ll also be able to earn a Water Blessing and two new Sacred Seals this event: Fierce Stance 1 and Drive Res 1. Additionally, we’ll get a new Log-In Bonus and there will likely be a rerun of last year’s Christmas banner, too.
The Gifts of Winter banner and the new Tempest Trials will both begin this Tuesday, 18 December. Good luck pulling some new festive heroes for your team and also in the upcoming event!
The twin princess of Renais finally becomes a Legendary Hero in Fire Emblem Heroes! Check out the trailer for Eirika: Graceful Resolve here:
Legendary Eirika is somewhat similar to the Legendary version of her brother. Her promotion item, the Lunar Brace, is now a unique B skill. She also gets a special version of her own personal weapon, the Storm Sieglinde. Both this weapon and her A skill, Atk/Spd Solo, give Eirika benefits for charging into enemy territory and fighting alone. You can also see a full text breakdown of her skills below.
Like all legendary heroes, Eirika: Graceful Resolve will be arriving in a special banner with a 8% 5★ rate. The other 11 heroes appearing in this banner are: Flying Olivia, Summer Tana, Legendary Ephraim, Sumia, Bride Ninian, Legendary Lyn, M!Grima, Bride Sanaki, Legendary F!Grima, Innes, and Genny. The banner starts tomorrow!
If you need more Orbs to summon all of these characters, Heroes has you covered. New Water Blessing Quests begin today! You can earn five Orbs along with some Hero Feathers and other items by completing tasks with Water Blessed units. These quests will last for 14 days, ending on 13 November.
Additionally, Heroes has acknowledged the feedback they’ve been receiving about some games. Specifically, many players have noted the lack of new characters from Binding Blade and Radiant Dawn. FE6 in particular hasn’t seen a new summonable character since Klein appeared in the Sibling Bonds focus that started back in February of 2017!
Sadly, summoners are going to have to keep waiting quite some time for these heroes. The game announced that new Radiant Dawn heroes will be coming in January 2019, while Binding Blade heroes will be arriving in March 2019. In the meantime, any RD or BB characters we see will be seasonal alts of existing characters at best.
As pointed out in the announcement, this is because it does take a fairly long amount of time to add new heroes. Characters have to be designed, programmed, drawn, and then voiced in both English and Japanese before they can be released. The heroes coming out in the next few months were likely begun quite some time ago.
However, this is at least a good reminder that Heroes does listen and respond to feedback. If there are things you don’t like about the game or that you would like to be added, reach out to them! You can submit feedback in-game, or e-mail the Heroes support team directly via [email protected].
