Strategy

Corrin is the enemy commander, so a Dracoslayer weapon is recommended for finishing him off quickly, especially as this is a time-constrained mission. The large number of enemy Myrmidons on the map encourages the use of lances, but the equally-large number of Archers means that Pegasus Knights must be managed carefully to avoid losing them. Sword-wielding units can face the Myrmidons evenly without being at a disadvantage against the Archers, so they are a strong choice. As this is an Ally Rescue mission, you may consider using units with access to healing magic, just in case of emergency.

The enemy will not attack the allied base during the mission, so leaving units behind to defend it is unnecessary. The three enemy targets that must be eliminated are Chrom, Rowan, and a Sniper. Chrom will target Lissa, Rowan will target Marth, and the Sniper will target the Falcon Knight. Obviously this latter case is the most urgent, so your first priority should be intercepting the Sniper and his Archer escort before they can even reach the Falcon Knight. Even after he is eliminated, however, another squadron of Archers will advance on the Falcon Knight, and should also be intercepted. Protecting Lissa is the second priority, as she is more delicate than Marth and has a weapon triangle disadvantage against her assailants. Marth can hold out for a long time against Rowan's entourage, and should be saved for last.

Caeda and her Soldier will advance on the enemy forces at the one minute mark, to support your team. She is at a disadvantage against the Archers, but her survival is inconsequential to the mission, so only assist her at your discretion. Once the enemy base opens, she will advance on Corrin if she is still alive.

An enemy Sage Rally Captain will appear during the mission as well, and should be quickly eliminated by whomever is not busy defending an ally.
