Strategy

Lyn, Rowan, Lianna, and Darios all use swords, so a lance user is essential in this mission. However, the main three types of enemy captains you'll be facing are, from west to east, Archers, Soldiers, and Fighters, so you'll want some strong axe and sword users as well.

The Sniper, Halberdier, and Warrior in immediate proximity to your starting points are the three forward captains looking to join forces with the target captains. If they're allowed to do so, the target captain will gain a morale boost and assault the Allied Base. You don't want this to happen, so intercept them as quickly as you can. The target captains will create shadow duplicates of themselves to protect the forward captains. Focus on stopping the forward captains, however, to reduce the target's morale; at that point they're easy pickings, but if you dwadle they'll regain their neutral-level morale and attack anyway. That's still preferable to a morale boost, so don't worry too much about it.

At some point, a Halberdier and Warrior will appear and advance on your Allied Commander. Try not to let up your offenses while stopping them. Once you defeat Rowan, Lianna, and Darios, Lyn's base will open up and some of the captains along the north end will advance on your base. Eliminate them as you make your way to Lyn, but you may want to have your other units head back to the Allied Base to prepare for what's to come.

Once you defeat Lyn, you're still not finished; Velezark will appear in the open area east of your Allied Base, and must be defeated before the day is won. This is a difficult ordeal, as always, so unleash all of your Dual Specials and Awakening on him to bring him down as fast as you can.
