Promo Cards: Season 5

Introduction

Promotional Cards (PR) are cards released outside of the Booster Series and Starter Decks. PR(r) denotes the promo has been reprinted, which means there is a PR and PRr - the only difference between the two is their card codes. List here are the promo cards for Series 17-20 in descending order of release.

How to Obtain

Where to Obtain	Description
Series # Box Promo	Each sealed booster box comes with promos which show a glimpse as to what the next series will feature. They have alternative art of the otherwise same cards in the next series. Please check the Booster Series Wiki pages for specific information.
Promotional Card Pack Vol.#	With every Booster Series release, a Promotional Card Pack is given out for participating in local tournaments in Japan. Each pack comes with 2 cards out of 6 available cards.
Magazine Promo	Some issues of Dengeki Nintendo and Nintendo Dream include two copies of a promo card in each magazine. These magazines have a limited run so it makes these cards hard to obtain later on.
Cipher Guidebook #	These guidebooks contains a booster series card catalog and game play tips which include 2 copies of an exclusive holo promo card. They stopped publishing these books after Series 7.
Miscellaneous	This section includes cards which are bundled with FE game releases, soundtracks, and artbooks or obtainable through attending official events: Cipher Festival, Comiket, Summer Party, etc.
