Lianna: They were a gift from Lissa.
Rowan: Oh... They were a gift?
Lianna: What's wrong? Why are you making that face?
Rowan: Before you get mad at me, I just want you to know...they were pretty gross.
Lianna: How do you know...? You ate them?!
Rowan: You should thank me! I did you a favor--
Rowan: Oh, look! Did you see that over there? Something's glowing...
(Rowan leaves; Lianna is by herself)
Lianna: You really think I'm going to fall for that? Hey, wait up!
Rowan: Look! There! ...Fireflies!
(Lianna catches up with Rowan)
Lianna: Seriously, Rowan? Stop trying to ch-- Did you say fireflies?
Lianna: Ah! It's so pretty... Do you remember that one time Mother spotted fireflies?
Lianna: I was so excited, I turned around too quickly and twisted my ankle!
Rowan: I do remember! I wanted to carry you home, but Mother wouldn't let me.
Rowan: I just wanted to be a hero! But she was right. I probably would've dropped you.
Lianna: I doubt you could even carry me now!
Rowan: Yeah I could! But with me protecting you, you'll never get hurt again!
