How’s Everyone

Introduction

From Chapter 2 and onwards, a function called How’s Everyone can be accessed from the Battle Preparations screen. Each time this function is used, a number of random bonuses will be attributed to a random set of characters. The game uses the DS’s internal clock to count the time interval since the function was last used; the longer the time interval, the more bonuses can be obtained.

Types of Bonuses

Notes:

  • The bonuses and which character obtains them is chosen at random. Although, resetting the game at the Battle Preparations screen will not change the bonuses, but progressing to the next chapter will.
Bonus Details Chance
Temporary stat boost Two random Bond items are applied to a character, giving them +2 to two stats for the chapter *. Has no effect if the character has those stats capped. Does not stack with other temporary stat boosts. 30%
Experience points Character gains 10-30 experience. Has no effect once the character reaches 99 experience or max Level. 30%
Item An exclusive item (see later) is added to the Convoy. 30%
Friendship points Character gains 1 Friendship point with My Unit, which allows them to view base conversations with My Unit faster. Does nothing for My Unit. 10%

* If the same character obtains this bonus again in the same chapter, their previous stat boosts are overwritten

Number of Bonuses

Notes:

  • For each 3 hours that have passed, the clock gauge besides the Everyone’s Conditions option will increase by a quarter. After 12 hours have passed, the gauge will reach its maximum capacity. However, the game will continue counting until the time interval has reached 24 hours.
  • The very first time the function is used, the number of bonuses will be treated as if 12 hours have passed.
  • It seems that adjusting the DS’s internal clock does not have any effect on time progression (this is not the case if playing on an emulator).
