You can receive some unique gifts in Fire Emblem Engage if you play Fire Emblem Heroes.

The gifts include:

• Fólkvangr (Sword)
• Fensalir (Lance)
• Nóatún (Axe)
• Alfonse’s S Bond Ring
• Sharena’s S Bond Ring
• Anna’s S Bond Ring

The weapons are about as strong as Steel weapons and have unique effects, similar to their FE Heroes counterparts. Meanwhile, the Bond Rings provide Spur/Fortify effects.

How to receive the gifts

Update: The promotional period to receive the gifts has ended, but you can still obtain them (sans the 5 Orbs).

All you have to do is access the Nintendo Switch eShop and download the free “Order of Heroes Item Set”.

You can find it listed under downloadable content for Fire Emblem Engage. Or you can search for “Order of Heroes” to directly find it.

For the full instructions on how to claim these gifts, you can check out the official website. Below is a simplified version.

First, you need to be playing Fire Emblem Heroes with a Nintendo Account linked. You don’t need to make a lot of progress; you simply need to have completed the short tutorial, until you access the Home screen.

In the Home screen, tap the “Quests & Missions” icon near the bottom-right corner, then tap the Fire Emblem Heroes Platinum Coin icon near the top-right corner, shown in the first screenshot. This will redirect you to the rewards and missions section of the My Nintendo website.

Now choose the “Nintendo Switch Game Bonus Code + 5 Orbs” reward, which costs 0 coins. Select the “redeem” button. This will send over 5 Orbs to the Present List in Fire Emblem Heroes. Importantly, a 16-digit download code will be displayed–copy this down or take a screenshot.

On your Nintendo Switch, open the Nintendo eShop and select the bottom-most option: “Redeem Code”. Enter the 16-digit code from earlier, then select “Redeem”. If successful, wait for your Nintendo Switch to download and install a small update for Fire Emblem Engage.

After installing the update

If you are already playing Fire Emblem Engage when the update is installed, you need to close the software and restart it.

Once the update has been installed, the next time you enter the Somniel (from Chapter 3 onwards), you’ll instantly receive the gifts, via a pop up message.
