After completing the Preface, Quests and Missions will become available via the fountain towards the bottom-right corner of the home castle.
Participation of quests is completely automatic and your relevant quest progress will be displayed upon completion of a map. However, upon completing a quest, you must visit the fountain to claim your reward(s).
Some quests begin on Normal difficulty and advance to Hard and finally Lunatic difficulty after you’ve cleared all the quests on the current difficulty.
For missions, you can view your progress and redeem your rewards via the My Nintendo website (if you have linked a Nintendo Account to your game). Afterwards, you must go to the Present List to claim your rewards.
