Another day brings another day for Heroes news! Today we see the release of a new Grand Hero Battle challenge in the form of Gharnef: Dark Pontifex.

This guy plays an important role within the events of Mystery of the Emblem (FE3), and you can earn yourself up to three copies of him by defeating his GHB on Hard (3-star), Lunatic (4-star) and Infernal (4-star + 2,000 Feathers) difficulties.

This GHB starts today, and will end on the 3rd of December, 6:59AM UTC.

Gharnef: Dark Pontifex – abilities at 5-stars.

Weapon: Imhullu – Grants Res +3. At the start of turn 3, deals 5 damage to non-magic foes within 5 columns centered on unit, and inflicts status on those foes preventing counterattacks through their next actions.

Special: Ignis

Passives:
A: Mirror Stance 2 – If foe initiates combat, grants Atk/Res+4 during combat.
B: Chill Atk 3

Also, in case you weren’t already aware, the next Grand Conquests has already begun. Instead of the usual three leading Heroes, Sharena, Alfonse and Anna have been replaced with Lilina, Roy and Cecilia, respectively. The first round will end on the 24th of November, 6:59AM UTC.
