Heroes: Fallen Dragons & a King Arrive in “Beyond Control”

Another round of Fallen Heroes (perhaps one of the more surreal traditions of Fire Emblem Heroes) will debut in the “Beyond Control” summoning event, which runs from 10th May 2022 (UTC).

Note: You can check out the Japanese version of this trailer here.

The featured Heroes are Lilith, Ninian, Gustav and Rhea.

Additionally, Muarim: Raw Instinct will be available from the next Grand Hero Battle.

It seems the theme of this banner is dragons, plus Gustav tagging along for the ride. Sorry to anyone expecting Fafnir (who would’ve been a perfect fit since he has a dragon form), but at least he doesn’t seem impossible now!

Anyway, please continue for a breakdown of the Heroes from the trailer!

Lilith: Silent Broodling

Type: Red Dragon Flier
Voice: Danielle Judovitz
Artist: Kousei Horiguchi

Weapon: Silent Power – Grants Spd+3. Unit can move to a space within 2 spaces of support partner. At start of turn, if unit is within 3 spaces of support partner, grants [Null Follow-Up] to unit and that ally for 1 turn. At start of combat, if unit’s HP >= 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 during combat. If foe’s Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe’s Def or Res.
Special: Draconic Aura
A: Atk/Spd Catch 4
B: Dive-Bomb 3
C: Spd Smoke 4 – After combat, inflicts Spd-7 on target and foes within 2 spaces and target through their next actions, and grants Spd+6 and [Dodge] to unit for 1 turn.

Ninian: Frozen Heart

Type: Blue Dragon Infantry
Voice: Brianna Knickerbocker (error in video/image)
Artist: Konfuzi Kokon

Weapon: Enveloping Breath – Grants Res+3. If Sing or Dance is used, inflicts Atk/Res-7 and [Guard] on foes in cardinal directions of unit and target through their next actions. At start of combat, if unit’s HP >= 25%, grants Spd/Res+6 during combat. If foe’s Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe’s Def or Res.
Assist: Call to Flame – Grants another action to target ally and grants Atk+6 and Special cooldown charge +1 per attack during combat to that ally for 1 turn. (Only highest value applied. Does not stack.) Also, if the target ally is a dragon, target can move 1 extra space. (That turn only. Does not stack. Cannot target an ally with Sing or Dance. This skill treated as Sing or Dance.)
A: B Duel Infantry 4
B: Odd Pulse Tie 3
C: Cross Spur Atk

Gustav: Sovereign Slain

Type: Green Axe Cavalry
Voice: Edward Bosco
Artist: Kozaki Yusuke

Weapon: Headsman Glitnir – Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count -1). At start of combat, if unit’s HP >= 25%, inflicts Atk/Spd/Def-5 on foe during combat, grants Special cooldown charge +1 to unit and inflicts Special cooldown charge -1 on foe per attack during combat (only highest value applied; does not stack), and also, if foe can counter, or if foe initiates combat, unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack.
Special: Bonfire
A: Atk/Def Catch 4
B: A/D Near Trace 3
C: Atk Smoke 4 – After combat, inflicts Atk-7 on target and foes within 2 spaces of target through their next actions, grants Def/Res+6 to unit for 1 turn, and unit gains “foe cannot make a follow-up attack” for 1 turn.

Rhea: Immaculate One

Type: Colorless Dragon Armor
Voice: Cherami Leigh
Artist: teffish

Weapon: Ruinous Frost – Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count -1). If foe initiates combat or if foe’s HP >= 75% at start of combat, grants Atk+6 to unit, inflicts Atk-6 on foe, and unit’s first attack deals damage = 40% of foe’s Res during combat, and also, both unit and foe cannot make a follow-up atack. If foe’s Range = 2, calculates damage using the lower of foe’s Def or Res.
Special: Glimmer
A: Bracing Stance 3
B: True Dragon Wall – If unit’s Res > foe’s Res, reduces damage from attacks during combat and from area-of-effect Specials (excluding Rokkr area-of-effect Specials) by percentage = difference between stats x 6 (max 60%) for this unit’s first combat in player phase and enemy phase and difference between stats x 4 (max 40%) for this unit’s second combat or later. If dragon or beast ally is on your team (excluding unit), restores 7 HP to unit at start of turn and after combat.
C: D/R Near Save 3
