Three Houses: Switch and Game Card Case, Influencer Previews

We have some new pieces of Three Houses information for you.

First, there will be some new officially-licensed Nintendo Switch-related products from Maxgames, who also released similar products for Super Mario Bros. and Pokken Tournament. These will be released in Japan on 26th July, to coincide with the game’s release.

Above is the Nintendo Switch Smart Pouch EVA (Fire Emblem Three Houses). What we have here is a neat carry case that carries your Nintendo Switch more securely, along with space for 3 game cards. It features Sothis on the main part of the design.

Next is the Nintendo Switch Card Pocket 24 (Fire Emblem Three Houses). It carries your Nintendo Switch game cards: up to 24 at a time. Once again, the design is based on Sothis.

For the next part of this article, many influencers have recently started to upload previews of the game. Like earlier previews, they played a bit of the academy section during the 8th month, plus the King of Beasts map.

There’s a story quest from Seteth to find Jeralt, giving insight on quests and how they’re given.

After talking to Catherine, you learn Jeralt might be found near a grave. We know from Jeralt’s official profile that his wife is sadly dead.

Rodrigue (previously seen in the monastery map) seems to be standing near Catherine.

Mercedes can be recruited even if you’re in a different house; you need a high Magic stat and Bow skill level to convince her. Each student seems to need two very particular stats from Byleth to convince them to join his/her house.

Mercedes, also mentions Seiros’s corpse going missing and a sword left behind. Quite spooky!

Cyril, Flayn, Hanneman and Catherine can be seen in the dining menu. Their classes are Commoner, Priest, Mage and Swordmaster. Catherine’s Swordmaster sprite differs from what we’ve seen of others. Having a straw hat not unlike that of stereotypical Samurai or Buddhist Monk and also similar to a jingasa.

As expected, the red arced lines between enemies and players are aggro lines, which allows the player to better understand what units are in danger. Also not featured here, but a target icon may appear showing the expected damage on the next turn, which also helps gauge risks.

Videos by PlayerEssence

Three videos in total. Third one seems to be coming later

First video doesn’t have much new, just a nice overview of information.

Second video meanwhile…

Shows some interesting dialogue from Lysithea about the crests, including her calling people who rely on them “fools”. She is also not interested in joining your house. Unless you have high Magic and Faith.

Video from Geeks and Com’

This is from a French based channel. Some things to note include…

The player finding a lost item: an Encyclopedia of Sweets. Giving this to the right person will help in making your students happier as the academic year progresses. Keeping them motivated can give you more opportunities to increase their skill levels.

A Dark Seal is required for promotion into a Dark Mage. This would be the first unique class promotion item since Shadow Dragon’s Wi-Fi shop for the Falcon Knight promotion item (the Elysian Whip) and Mist’s unique Holy Crown in Radiant Dawn.

Annette uses the Minor Crest of Dominic giving us an official English spelling of this particular crest.

Also, the Japanese website just updated again. Expect a post about that a bit later on.
