Heroes: Claim your copy of Altina before 2020-04-11, and New Power banner is live!

Today in FE Heroes news, the winner of the A Hero Rises 2020 is finally distributed after a stressful Voting Gauntlet event.

Log in to claim your neutral copy of Altina: Dawn’s Trueblade from Feh before the 11th of April 6:59am UTC. After that, she’ll be gone for good, and you won’t be able to redeem her.

Also today is the start of a New Power banner, featuring three of the four Heroes who recently received new weapons and/or refines: Gray, green-tome Olwen, and Jagen, with Tobin being a Grail unit so is of course not made part of this banner.

The banner is available until the 21st of March 6:59am UTC.

Today’s FE Heroes update brings with it the beginning of probably the most important event in Heroes to date, A Hero Rises 2020 Finals Voting Gauntlet, where a copy of the winner will be gifted to every player!

The eight contenders are the top eight of the AHR2020: Mythic Altina, New Year’s Alfonse & Sharena, Mythic Sothis, Legendary Leif, Winter Sothis, Legendary Azura, Legendary Alm, and Edelgard. Also, there is no 1.1x bonus for using the same unit as the army you have joined. So, fight for who you want in your barracks!

The event is already underway and will come to an end on the 5th of March 3:59am UTC. If you’re like me and haven’t felt particularly inspired by Voting Gauntlet events for a while and cared more about the feathers they pump out, maybe these stakes will rekindle that flame.

Also today, there is information on the next version update that lands early March.

The update includes news on the Compile Combat Manual feature, the next batch of Heroes to receive new weapons and/or refines, Aether Raids and Aether Resort updates, additional Heroes added via Heroic Grails, amongst other things. Click on “Read more” below to see what’s coming.

Heroes: A Hero Rises 2020 Results are revealed, and last year’s Valentine’s banner – Greil’s Devoted – is now live!

Today in FE Heroes news, the official English and Japanese language Twitter accounts revealed the results for A Hero Rises 2020. You can click on the image below to reveal its full size.

The top 8 (Mythic Altina, New Year’s Alfonse & Sharena, Mythic Sothis, Legendary Leif, Winter Sothis, Legendary Azura, Legendary Alm, and… Edelgard…) will move on to an in-game Voting Gauntlet event beginning later this month where we, as players, have direct influence on who will win (outside of multiplier shenanigans). A 5-Star copy will then be distributed to everyone. It isn’t known if they will be neutral or if they will come with random assets/flaws, but “distributed” units are usually neutral. We can only hope.

This is probably the first Voting Gauntlet where the results actually mean something, so I’m personally going all in for Altina from the get-go, who I would really like to use in Aether Raids.

Also today: A rerun of last year’s Valentine’s Special Summoning Event – Greil’s Devoted – is now live!

It features Special units in Valentine’s attire: Greil, Ike, Soren, and Mist! The banner will run from today until the 13th of March 6:59am UTC.
