E3 is over for this year, but I still have a lot to write about…

On the second day of E3, Nintendo Treehouse gave us an in-depth look at Genei Ibun Roku #FE (the Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem crossover).

If you haven’t seen the Treehouse footage and you’re even a tiny bit interested in the game, do give it a gander as it’s our best glimpse into the game yet–featuring actual gameplay (no, really).

To supplement the footage, here is my report, which summarises everything we learned and some more. I dunno about you, but I’m looking forward to playing FErsona!

E3: Fire Emblem Fates at Nintendo Treehouse (Day 2)

A little bit of catching up here…

Yesterday, the Nintendo Treehouse team played a bit more Fire Emblem Fates; more specifically, the first chapter in the Nohr campaign (after choosing your side).

If you missed the playthrough, you can watch it here.

As usual, I’ve written up a report here.

There’s slightly less new information this time round, compared to thir previous playthrough, but plenty of noteworthy details for fans.

Plus some significant early-game spoilers, so be warned…

Genei Ibun Roku #FE E3 Trailer Analysis and Press Kit

I’ve been positively swamped with Fire Emblem content recently, which is never a bad thing.

That said, the more information there is at once, the easier it is to lose track of things.

So before things get even crazier, here is my analysis of the E3 trailer for Genei Ibun Roku #FE (the Shin Megami Tensei x Fire Emblem crossover).

For those curious, I’ve also uploaded the official press kit for people to download here.

The kit includes a couple of screenshots from the trailer, plus several artworks of the game’s characters (and Mirages). Definitely worth a look if you’re at all interested!

Note: If you want to share the press kit, please reupload it elsewhere to avoid causing unnecessary stress on the site. Thanks!

…Or now that the site is (slightly) more stable, you can check the images below the cut.

E3: Fire Emblem Fates at Nintendo Treehouse Live

Following its showing at Nintendo’s E3 Digital Event, Fire Emblem Fates was one of the many games showcased in the Nintendo Treehouse livestream afterwards.

Slightly later than planned, here’s my report of the Treehouse playthrough. Within are several details that can be easily missed.

By the way, if you missed the actual playthrough during the livestream, don’t fret because you can rewatch it here.

Although it’s slightly haphazard, I encourage taking a gander, since it shows a lot of English gameplay–and mostly during an early stage of the game, for those mindful of spoilers.
