Heroes: Second Summer Banner Incoming + Version 2.7 Update!

Summer never seems to end in Fire Emblem Heroes, as a fourth batch of swimsuit-wearing Heroes will soon be available! A Sketchy Summer includes summer versions of Linde, Young Tiki, Takumi, and Camilla.

Interestingly, this banner features our first ever dagger-wielding cavalry unit, as well as a new red dragon flier. Check out the trailer to see the new Heroes in action!

You can also find a full list of their skills and abilities further down.

The A Sketchy Summer banner will be available from 10 July to 9 August, giving you plenty of time to try and obtain the new units.

Accompanying the banner are the usual Paralogue quests you can complete to snag some Orbs. In addition, the new Paralogue chapter will open up another Chain Challenge to attempt. If you manage to clear the new Paralogue chapter, its quests, and the Chain Challenge, you’ll earn 20 Orbs total!

Heroes: Summer Returns with Three Familiar Faces and One New Hero

Our second summer since Fire Emblem Heroes released, brings us our third batch of swimsuit-clad battlers, with the incoming Summer’s Arrival banner. Hopefully, this banner can appeal to you, as it brings fans access to a new Awakening unit, Noire, as well as some classics from Fire Emblem Sacred Stones.

Included in this banner are our second Red Tome flier, as well as a handful of new weapons and skills that bestow some pretty wild effects.

Despite the pineapples, Takumi isn’t featured in this seasonal banner.

As typical, there will be a paralogue series of three chapters to provide orbs as rewards through, so even if you aren’t thrilled about the units themselves, the orbs are too easy to pass up. Fans interested in the Japanese banner video, can click here to view it.

Summer’s Arrival will be available starting on June 21 at 11p PT, and will continue to be available through July 25 at 11p PT, so there’s plenty of time to get your hands on a new summer swimmer if you have the desire to do so.

Heroes Brings Ylissean Summer Banner with v.1.5 Update

Fire Emblem Heroes released its changelog for their version 1.5 update, which will include quite a few quality of life updates (Double SP Weekends, among other benefits), as well as some new play modes. Summoners can look forward to an improved Tempest Trials experience, and take part in the new Chain Challenge and Squad Assault story maps, each with their own neat twists.

Additionally, just hours before the official release of the much anticipated summer-themed banner, Nintendo released the video debuting the Ylissean Summer event, bringing in a new banner as well as a new paralogue series. Click here for the Japanese video.

Don’t pay too much heed to the incredible Frederick impersonation performed by Gaius during his debut

With the Ylissean Summer banner lasting throughout the entirety of July (June 30 until August 1), you have plenty of time to either save up some orbs, or spend them in hopes of recruiting the axe-swinging Tiki, the dagger-flinging Frederick, the harpooness Robin (F) and the bow-wielding Gaius, along with their unique weapons and slew of special skills not yet made available.
