Fates: My Castle Sharing Reminder

A friendly reminder for any Fire Emblem Fates players, especially those from Europe or Australia who just recently got the game.

The My Castle feature in Fates is a really fun place to hang out, but moreso if you go to other players’ castles to battle them or borrow their resources. By continuing to visit castles (and have others visits yours), you can earn additional rewards too.

European/Australian players are welcome to visit my in-progress castle!

If you want to take a break from visiting random castles, why not check out our Serenes Forest My Castle Central: Friend/Castle Code Sharing thread, run by our news editor Elieson and forum member CaitlynMellark.

So far, there are over a hundred castles that you can visit by inputting their Castle Address. You can even see what resources are available, without having to stare at tiny icons on the screen. Of course, you’re more than welcome to add your own castle!

Note: Players with different versions of Fates (Japanese, North American or European/Australian) cannot visit one another.

Newcomers Guide to Fire Emblem Cipher

When it released alongside Fire Emblem Fates in June of 2015, Fire Emblem Cipher was a treat to FE fans new and old. A new trading card game based on a fun and popular series, it capitalized on the popularity of newly released games but also served as a throwback to older characters and the nostalgia of the original Fire Emblem TCG game.

However, since the majority of the Cipher information available is only in Japanese, many Fire Emblem fans are just now still discovering this fun card game. After answering many questions from prospective collectors and players over the past several months, I thought it would be a good idea to put together this Newcomers Guide as a reference guide for new and potential fans.

In just two days, Fire Emblem Fates finally arrives in Europe. Or maybe you’re one of the lucky few who got the game early… Either way, Nintendo UK wants us to remember there’s another Fire Emblem-related RPG coming out soon, in late June.

Last week, they added a nifty game page for Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, detailing the premise, characters, gameplay, etc. Most of the information on the website isn’t new, but if you’re yet to be acquainted with the game, it’s a great place to start!
