Heroes: Version 5.5.0 Details & Scheduled Maintenance

Today, we have further details of the upcoming Version 5.5.0 update for Fire Emblem Heroes, which is planned to release around 6th May 2021, at 11 pm 7 am UTC.

Ahead of the update’s arrival, the game will be down for maintenance between 4 am and 7 am on 6th May 2021 (UTC).

Some of the features were already discussed in the Golden Week Feh Channel, but there’s also some new stuff.

Reserve Barracks

As featured in the Feh Channel, you’ll be able to store a total of 1000 Heroes using the new reserve barracks. There will be 10 reserve barracks, each with a maximum capacity of 100 Heroes. You can manage your reserve barracks via the Allies menu.

Move to Reserves: Use this to move up to 10 Heroes from your main barracks to the first reserve barracks with available space. You can also rename each of your reserve barracks.

Manage Groups: Lets you freely move your Heroes between your main barracks and all 10 reserve barracks. Again, you can select up to 10 Heroes at once.

Heroes sent to reserve barracks will unequip their Sacred Seals, Accessories and Pair Up partners. Also, they will lose their Summoner Support (although the wording is unclear if this is temporary or permanent).

Heroes: Details for Version 5.4.0, Arriving 4th April 2021 (UTC)

Despite the potential of being mistaken for an April Fool’s joke, Feh has decided to share details of the next Fire Emblem Heroes update, Version 5.4.0, scheduled for 4th April 2021, around 11 pm (UTC).

New Item: Celestial Stone

When players receive their guaranteed Hero after performing 40 summons in a “New Heroes” banner, they will be gifted one Celestial Stone. In general, one stone can be obtained per banner, but if the banner allows multiple guaranteed Heroes, multiple stones can be obtained.

Celestial Stones can be exchanged for items such as Forma Souls, Trait Fruits and Dragonflowers. The amount of stones to purchase an item varies. Also, each item has an exchange limit; this limit will be reset around every half year.

Of note, it seems you can buy one Forma Soul using 3 stones. Which is a great way to earn them without spending money, so long as you’re patient and are able to save Orbs.

Weapon Refinery

Observant Summoners may have noticed during the re-run of Love Abounds, there was a note that Valentine’s Hector will be appearing in another banner soon.

With Halloween Nowi recently receiving a refine, some Summoners wondered if Hector would be receiving a refine and thus appear in a New Power banner. Well, guess what?

  • Marisa: Shamsir (and refine options)
  • Sumia: Flower Lance (and refine options)
  • Morgan (M): Refine options for Grima’s Truth
  • Quan: Refine options for Gáe Bolg
  • Valentine’s Hector: Refine options for Berserk Armads

Heroes: Details for Version 5.3.0, Arriving on 3rd March 2021 (UTC)

We’re coming to another month soon, which means another version update for Fire Emblem Heroes! Version 5.3.0 is expected to arrive on 3rd March 2021, at 11 pm (UTC).

Without further ado, here’s the list of changes…

Addition of Divine Codes (Part 2)

A new series of standard (yellow paper) Divine Codes will be added: Divine Codes (Part 2). After the update (and each new season begins), all rewards that gave Divine Codes (Part 1) will give the new ones instead.

Divine Codes (Part 2) can be used to compile Heroes from the newly-added “Normal 2” category, which also includes Heroes from Three Houses (among many others).

Note that you can continue to use Divine Codes (Part 1) to compile the original set of “Normal 1” Heroes. On top of that, if you don’t have enough Divine Codes (Part 1), you can pay the remainder using Divine Codes (Part 2).

Tempest Trials+

“Target Score” will be added. There are 5 levels of Target Score; the first time your high score surpasses a Target Score, you’ll receive a bonus to your Cumulative Score.

The stage select screen will also be updated to display your cumulative score, next cumulative score reward, high score and the next Target Score along the top.

Heroes: A Hero Rises 2021 Interim Results & Version 5.2.0 Update Details!

We have two pieces of information for Summoners today! Firstly, Feh has shared the interim results of A Hero Rises 2021. Here’s what the top 20 placements currently look like.

As a reminder, the top 8 Heroes will participate in a special Voting Gauntlet later this month and the winner of the gauntlet will be gifted to all Summoners for free. Meanwhile, the top 4 from the gauntlet will also appear in a summoning banner.

Additionally, Version 5.2.0 of Fire Emblem Heroes is available to download. Most of the details were already shared via the 4th anniversary Feh Channel, but we’ll go over everything anyway.
