Merchandise: FE Heroes Character Illustrations Vol. 2 Releases 27th May 2022

Last year, Fire Emblem Heroes Character Illustrations Vol. 1 was released in Japan. This art book covered Books I through III and preceded the game’s 5th anniversary.

As one would expect, Volume 2 is in the works, scheduled for release on 27th May 2022 in Japan. Featuring Sharena on the cover, this volume covers Books IV and V (but not the on-going Book VI).

The book spans 480 pages with 328 Heroes (+ extras). It will cost 4,950 Yen (tax included). It’s available to pre-order from Amazon Japan and most good book stores.

Heroes: Mythic Medeus is Finally Reborn!

At long last, Marth’s archnemesis is arriving in Fire Emblem Heroes as a Mythic Hero.

Medeus’s Mythic Hero banner will be live from 28th April 2022, until the daily rollover on 12th May 2022 (UTC).

Appearing alongside the emperor of Dolhr are the following:

  • Red: Altina, Mirabillis and Flavia
  • Blue: Legendary Julia, Legendary Dimitri and Ascended Idunn
  • Green: Hel, Otr and Thorr
  • Colorless: Legendary Micaiah and Elimine

Heroes: Resplendent Faye & Golden Week Events

The next Resplendent Hero has been revealed as Faye: Devoted Heart.

This Emblian themed version of Faye will be available for subscribers from 10th May 2022 (UTC). You can check her artwork (by Mikuro) and voice samples over here.

Also, in case you missed it, Golden Week events are currently happening in-game until 13th May 2022 (UTC).

There are five Hero Fest summoning events, each featuring the winners of Choose Your Legends from years 1 to 5. By completing celebratory quests, you can earn 4 First Summon Tickets for each summoning event–for a total of 20 tickets.

Besides that, Chief Fehnix is currently taking over the official Twitter account. On top of the usual duties, he’s running a crafty quiz with an unknown prize.

Three Hopes: New Tidbits from Famitsu (5th May Issue)

Before I begin, happy 32nd anniversary to Fire Emblem!

Through Famitsu we have some additional information on the upcoming Fire Emblem Warriors Three Hopes. Their latest issue covers the recent “Mysterious Mercenary” trailer, but offers extra insight.

BlackKite on Twitter has summed up the information, I will be piggybacking off his looks into the new content and giving my own thoughts.

Note: Most of the screenshots from Famitsu’s article are taken from the trailer. So we’ve done the same.

We begin with classes; each character in the game will have preferred classes and some will be exclusive to those characters. Shez, our new avatar will be the only character able to be a Fleugel (the dual wielding class).
