Fire Emblem Engage Featured in Tetris 99’s 32nd Maximus Cup

From 24th to 28th March 2023 (dates may vary by timezone), Tetris 99 will be running a Fire Emblem Engage themed Maximus Cup.

Players who earn 100 event points can redeem a Fire Emblem Engage special theme.

Note: A Nintendo Switch Online subscription is required to play Tetris 99. In certain territories (such as Europe and Japan), there’s currently a free 7-day trial available from the My Nintendo website.

According to the Japanese website, if you missed it, the Fire Emblem Three Houses special theme can also be redeemed with 1 ticket (instead of 30) during the same period.

Fire Emblem Heroes: Rearmed Tana & Frelian Soldiers from The Sacred Stones

Additionally, Vigarde can be obtained from the upcoming Grand Hero Battle.

Just before Wave 3 of the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass releases tomorrow, the official Fire Emblem JP Twitter has shared additional info about Emblem Veronica.

First, her profile:

Emblem Veronica (VA: Rina Hidaka), known as the Emblem of Heroes, excels at unconventional strategies, such as summoning allies and performing special attacks.

A conversation with Alear:

As we saw in the Nintendo Direct trailer, Veronica’s map seems to occur on a floating island presumably based on the World of Zenith.

Ahead of the release of Wave 3 of the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass, the official Fire Emblem JP Twitter has shared additional info about Emblem Chrom/Robin.

Here’s their profile:

Emblem Chrom/Robin (VA: Tomokazu Sugita & Yoshimasa Hosoya), known as the Emblem of Bonds, combines Chrom’s swordsmanship and Robin’s spells and stratagems to dazzle foes.

Next, Alear meeting with the duo:

From the backdrop, it looks like Chrom/Robin’s throwback map will be the Dragon’s Table, first seen in the Premonition of Awakening.
