Cipher Spring 2018 Livesteam: New S13 Cards + S14 & S15 Announcements!

This past Saturday, the Fire Emblem Cipher team held the Cipher Spring 2018 Livesteam live over NicoNico! Before the stream started, @fecipher shared this artwork of Marth and Caeda as a teaser:

Ryota Kawade and Young hosted the presentation, joined by frequent guest Eri Suzuki (voice actress for Soleil, Delthea, and Emma). The main focus of the stream was to cover new cards for the upcoming Cipher Series 13, “Flame, Steel, Thought, and Grief“. S13 will release in Japan on 28 June, and daily card reveals just started the week before.

Before the stream ended, a few guests also joined into the stream, and we also got title announcements for S14 & S15! Click on the “Read More” link for a look at all of the news and art coming soon for Cipher.

Heroes: Legendary Heroes – Ryoma Summoning Event!

A new Legendary Hero just landed in Fire Emblem Heroes! Spend some Orbs on the latest Legendary Heroes – Ryoma Summoning Focus for your shot at a special, flying Ryoma. You can check out his skills and preview trailer in our earlier article.

11 other 5★ heroes are joining Ryoma in this special banner, including winter special heroes! They are: Young Tiki, Sigurd, Fjorm, Hardin, Christmas Robin, Gunnthrá, Christmas Chrom, New Years Azura, Legendary Robin, Innes, and New Years Takumi. You have an 8% chance of pulling a 5★ and there are no off-focus units.

Additionally, Legendary Ryoma appears as the boss for a series of Special Maps. Defeat all four versions of Supreme Samurai Ryoma for a Water Blessing and also 9 Orbs! These maps are similar to BHBs where all four of your allies must survive.

The Legendary Heroes – Ryoma banner and Ryoma’s special maps will be available for about a week, ending on 7 June. Good luck summoning new heroes to add to your team!

Legendary Ryoma will return in late July, as will Legendary Lyn. Meanwhile, Legendary versions of Ike, Ephraim, and Robin will appear in the next Legendary Hero Summoning Event at the end of June. Based on this information, we can assume the next Legendary Hero will likely be a Green unit, and also probably a Fire-blessed Legendary Hero.

Heroes: Version 2.6 Update Notification + Voting Gauntlet Announcement!

After the day’s earlier preview trailer, we weren’t expecting much else new with Heroes today. However, the game decided to drop down the Version 2.6 Update Notification! Read on below for more details of what we can expect for the next update in early June.

The Version 2.6 Update will bring a lot of new things to the game. Some of the bigger changes include an expanded Allies menu, changes to Arena Assault scoring, and the addition of Accessories! The update also brings some expected enhancements, such as further additions to the Weapon Refinery, and more smaller changes as well.

Once again, Heroes will have a maintenance period before the update goes live. It’s scheduled to begin at 10:00pm UTC on Thursday, 7 June. The update download will go live as soon as maintenance is over.

Additionally, the upcoming Voting Gauntlet: Heroes & Legends has been formally revealed! It features the four free Heroes original characters duking it out against four legendary heroes. Check out the bracket below:

The Voting Gauntlet begins this Friday, 1 June, and will last through the 7th. A special Log-In Bonus to celebrate the upcoming event also began today. Since the five summonable heroes in this Gauntlet are only available via Legendary Hero summoning events, we may not get a separate Voting Gauntlet banner. May the best hero win!

Heroes: Legendary Ryoma: Supreme Samurai Trailer!

The next Legendary Hero is arriving shortly in Fire Emblem Heroes! Check out the trailer below for details about Ryoma: Supreme Samurai. He’s a flying sword user on a Hoshidan Kinshi! You can also find a text breakdown of his skills at the bottom of the article.

11 more 5★ heroes will also be appearing alongside Ryoma, including Christmas and New Years Special Heroes! They are: Young Tiki, Sigurd, Fjorm, Hardin, Christmas Robin, Gunnthrá, Christmas Chrom, New Years Azura, Legendary Robin, Innes, and New Years Takumi.

As usual for Legendary Hero banners, the 5★ summoning rate is raised to 8% and no off-focus 5★ units will be available. You’ll be able to summon for Ryoma: Supreme Samurai and his accompanying heroes starting tomorrow, 30 May.
